Haunted House and Candy Giveaway
The Hidalgo Youth Center has our annual haunted house and candy giveaway every Halloween night.
Staff and teen volunteers dress up in their scariest costumes and provide some fun and candies to all of the public.
No admission fees required to attend and every child gets a bag full of candies.
